How do I keep a step ahead of problems on my network?
Our HealthCheck service is designed to do just that. With this service we spend time onsite at your offices each month running through a list of over 150 predetermined checks. At the end of that time we will report back to you and, if appropriate, work to resolve any issues before they manifest as more serious problems.
Do you need a health check on your server but would prefer us to not attend site?
Don't worry, we can run a ServerCheckLite. This service is designed for servers hosted in datacentres (or other remote locations) where on-site access is not appropriate. We run through a shorter list of checks and provide a structured report afterwards.
