What is IIP?
Investors in People (IIP) is an internationally recognised national quality standard that focuses on the importance of staff to the success of the organisation. It provides a framework, based on a number of criteria (indicators) against which organisations can measure their performance in a number of areas relating to good management practice, communications and support for staff development. Those organisations that achieve IIP recognition can demonstrate that they acknowledge the important contribution all their staff make and that they support their staff accordingly.
