Profile: Robert Arnold, Business Development Manager
Rob holds the premier level of Microsoft certification and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
In his current role, he spends most of this time understanding clients' requirements and putting together solutions.
Rob has worked for The Oxford Knowledge Company since 2001. He particularly enjoys the variety of work and the diverse client base.
Rob is a Chartered IT Professional and a Member of the British Computer Society. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Windows NT4, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003, and a Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator.
Rob graduated from Southampton University in 1996 with an honours degree in Mathematics with Economics. Initially Rob worked on a global software project in the public sector before moving to his next role as IT manager at a digital printing company. Then followed a short stint at RM where Rob worked across a number of departments resolving critical customer issues. Having held positions within both the public and private sector and in both large blue chip companies and much smaller enterprises he brings a wealth of experience gained over eight years.
Outside work Rob is a keen skier and traveller, having recently completed an epic overland trip from Lhasa to Kathmandu.
